  Love Costco. This store is the typical experience. Is often crowded, but not as bad as other locations. Very accommodating on returns. Of course I often end up buying more than I intended or need. Beware, don't buy cell phone here. It's an outside vendor. Never received the rebate.

  I visited the Danville Costco and had an excellent experience. I had gone there one day ago and found an item I was interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, they were out of stock and Ryan, a supervisor, made the time to provide options for me and went out if his way to explain what I should do to assure I was able to purchase the item as soon as it was delivered to that store. The following morning I followed the information and proceeded to request a hold on the item so I could stop by and purchase it while I made arrangements to have the item delivered. I was disappointed when I spoke to a staff member who stated I had been given incorrect information and I needed to arrive at the store before the item sold out. In light of this I headed to the store where I asked another staff member, Karen, to speak to a manager. Karen was professional and went out of her way to address my concern. In fact she found Bryan, store manager, and had him speak to me. I have to thank both Karen and Bryan, for their excellent customer service skills. If you want a good experience where you spend your time shopping, go to where staff and management appreciate and respect their customers.
